PRICING:
Please note - I am living in Singapore right now, but can create works on large cloth canvas which can be shipped and installed by a local artist. I can also provide design or consultation services
I am fair and understanding, I work the best I can to be within your budget. It depends on detail, size, prep work, etc.
- A consultation, with portfolio review is always FREE.
- For simple designs I don’t charge for design fees, sample boards, etc.
- For items to be shipped I only charge shipping materials and shipping costs.
- Sometimes I’ll even barter for other services, items, etc.
- I can cut costs if the client wants to prep and base-coat, move furniture, etc.
- All work performed must be approved prior to start. This includes: color, design, texture, type of finish, prep work, etc. After approval, a 50% deposit is required before start of work. This pays for paints, material and supply costs. If there is any deviation from the original design, color, etc. there will be a change order fee. The remaining 50% shall be paid on the last day of the job.
- If needed I can work out a separate contract for a different payment plan. All payment negotiations need to be made and agreed upon before the job starts.
The work will last for years and years and I always consult with my paint vendor any specific details on the products I’m using.
